Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager to join our National Mission Critical team.

You will lead preconstruction and estimating for electrical scopes on mission critical data center projects, developing cost models and providing staff guidance. The role requires 10+ years in commercial/electrical construction, a Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management, and strong collaboration with architects, engineers and subcontractors to

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management degree (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 10 years of proven experience in the commercial/electrical construction industry (Mission Critical Data Center experience preferred).

Mansioni

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates for electrical scopes at varying design stages.
• Scope, qualify, and select subcontractors for best value and project needs.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing and evaluate for budgeting and bids.
• Record final estimates and maintain cost history.
• Support preconstruction with value design, costs, schedule, procurement, and pursuits.
