Ryan Companies US Inc has an immediate opening for a Senior Mechanical Preconstruction Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role emphasizes leadership in preconstruction and estimating for the Mechanical scope of work across projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of industry experience. Compensation includes a salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in the commercial/mechanical construction industry.
• Experience with early procurement of scopes/equipment.
• Experience evaluating sustainable initiatives for Mechanical Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates for Mechanical work.
• Select subcontractors based on best value.
• Provide preconstruction expertise to the project team.

Skills

Communication and customer focus

High professionalism

Proficiency with DESTINI Estimator

Ability to perform quantity take-offs

Understanding of building types

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
