Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Preconstruction Manager to join our National Mission Critical team.

You will lead preconstruction efforts, develop cost models, and guide project teams through early estimates and value design. Collaborate with project managers to produce conceptual and detailed estimates for Electrical scope, evaluate subcontractors, perform quantity takeoffs, and support procurement and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• At least 10 years in commercial/electrical construction; Mission Critical Data Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates for Electrical scope at various design stages.
• Scope, compare and select subcontractors based on value and project needs.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing and evaluate for budgeting and bids.
• Perform quantity take-offs of all Electrical systems.
• Record final estimates and maintain cost history.
• Provide preconstruction expertise including cost, schedule, procurement and pursuits.
