Job summary
Henderson Engineers is seeking Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineers with HVAC specialization to contribute across six market sectors, including Venue, Community, Grocery & Distribution, Health, Retail, and Business.
You will collaborate with Henderson Building Solutions to deliver exceptional client experiences and mentor teams while applying advanced CAD and HVAC tools. Denver/LA/NYC/DC salary ranges are provided and a comprehensive benefits program is offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; 11+ years experience for Lead, 13 years without degree.
- PE license preferred; FE and/or WELL/LEED accreditations valued.
Responsibilities
- Mentor designers and engineers across teams, providing oversight and technical guidance.
- Lead design efforts from concept to completion and coordinate with project teams.
- Develop complex building systems and perform engineering calculations.
- Ensure drawings, specifications, reports meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Develop tools, resources, and company practices.
- Oversee quality reviews and final project reviews.
