This role collaborates with Henderson Building Solutions to deliver exceptional client experiences across venue, community, health, retail, and more.

Qualifications include a mechanical engineering degree, PE license consideration, and 11–15 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related field; PE license preferred or licensure expected.
• 15 years of relevant experience for senior level; 11+ years for lead level; alignment with job grading.
• Strong knowledge of codes, design guides, and standards in A&E industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and HVAC design tools; favorable exposure to multiple design disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead designers and engineers across teams, providing oversight and technical guidance.
• Lead design efforts from concept through completion, coordinating with project teams.
• Produce and review drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support business development and risk management activities within projects and practices.
• Develop tools, resources, and best practices; ensure design standards are followed.
