Henderson Engineers is seeking Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineers with a focus on HVAC design to contribute across multiple market sectors. You will design advanced building systems and mentor staff, collaborating with Henderson Building Solutions to deliver a standout client experience.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering with extensive HVAC and CAD software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, IESVE, Trane Trace) and have strong leadership and communication skills for project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with PE preferred or commensurate experience.
• Lead: 11+ years engineering experience; Senior: 15+ years. PE may count toward experience.
• Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC design software; knowledge of design guides and codes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor designers and engineers across teams, providing oversight and technical guidance.
• Lead projects from concept design through completion.
• Develop solutions to complex engineering problems and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Contribute to development of tools, resources, and company practices.
• Oversee quality through reviews and regular check-ins.
