Qualifications

• Lead or senior engineer with strong HVAC design expertise.
• Broad knowledge of codes and design guides for multiple practices.
• PE license may count toward experience; FE/LEED/WELL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from concept through completion with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Mentor designers and engineers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Produce drawings, specifications and analyses per project needs.
• Support business development and risk management activities.
• Enforce design standards and review project quality.
