Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise designers and engineers across teams
• Lead project and design efforts from concept to completion
• Ensure drawings, specs, reports meet scope, schedule, cost and quality
• Develop tools, resources and company standards
• Oversee quality reviews and project performance
