The role emphasizes integrated design with Henderson Building Solutions and ongoing learning in Revit and related software.

The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering degree and 3–6 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and HVAC software like IESVE or Trane Trace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 3 years of experience (or 6 years without degree) for mid level.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience for experienced level.
• Proficiency in CAD software and HVAC design tools.
• PE license may count toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform calculations and designs for mechanical systems with a high degree of independence.
• Prepare layouts, drawings, and schematics for HVAC systems.
• Review shop drawings for conformance to plans and specs.
• Evaluate products for suitability and feasibility of systems or equipment.
• Support business development and client communications.
• Learn and apply industry software such as Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.
