Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• 8+ years in air vehicle or missile flight actuation control design and/or analysis, including control architecture design, and/or requirements development, and/or performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop flight actuation control system architectures and implement advanced control laws to maximize performance.
• Design, develop, and execute tests to verify performance against requirements and anchor models.
• Work autonomously with oversight in areas of gear train dynamics, flight motor control, and real-time control techniques.
