Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience with large-scale systems.
• 8+ years in engineering management or team leadership.
• Experience leading design programs from concept through commissioning and operations.
• GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis experience.
• Experience with heavy-duty mechanism types and dynamic loading analyses.
• US citizen, permanent resident, or eligible to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership as the authority for the large mechanisms team and reviews of critical design packages.
• Direct people leadership: recruit, hire, onboard, and develop engineers; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee program execution: scope, schedule, budget, and quality across concurrent mechanism design programs; mitigate risks.
• Interface with program managers, systems engineers, operations leads, and external partners to ensure safe, launch-site operations.
