Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited curriculum in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer for buildings.
• Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
• Knowledge of Plumbing system design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of complex federal projects from planning through construction.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, staffing plans, and execution strategies.
• Guide project teams across design and construction phases while ensuring quality and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local codes and quality requirements.
• Prepare basis-of-design narratives, cost opinions, calculations, specs, and construction documents.
• Develop client presentations and technical reports; lead project meetings.
