Job summary

EXP is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager for the Mission Critical team, based in the US with flexibility for remote work and occasional site visits. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with MEP/Arch/Structural teams, and mentor designers while ensuring design quality and adherence to codes and timelines.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a PE license, and a degreed engineering background.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management or mechanical design.
• PE License or ability to obtain PE license.
• Must be a degreed engineer with professional license.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate design for mission critical projects.
• Review calculations and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with MEP/Arch/Structural disciplines and vendors.
• Lead scope development and documentation through SD/DD/CD.
• Mentor Designer staff and oversee design quality.
