Core States Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, fire protection, and fuel systems projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with site/civil, electrical, structural engineers, architects, and construction PMs to produce compliant construction documents tailored to client requirements.

The role emphasizes design excellence, schedule adherence, and budget control, while guiding teams and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in general building mechanical design production for commercial projects (retail, restaurants, grocery, financial, convenience stores).
• PE License required.
• Revit and MS Office required; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple projects and clients, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality meet expectations.
• Lead client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
• Oversee project plans, staffing, budgets, schedules, and execution.
• Provide guidance on constructability and code compliance.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, and project metrics.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders across all project phases.
• Review documents for quality assurance and control.
• Identify risks and proactive resolutions.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Designers; support business development.
