You will partner with customers, global teams, and manufacturing to meet safety, quality, cost, and lifecycle targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 12+ years in LV switchgear or power distribution, with CAD proficiency and PLM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of mechanical engineering experience in LV switchgear or power distribution.
• Experience leading multiple NPI programs and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical architecture strategy for LV switchgear and power distribution equipment.
• Translate requirements into scalable specifications and roadmaps.
• Lead system-level architecture decisions for enclosures, busbars, and heat paths.
• Guide design for manufacturability, safety, and serviceability.
• Support cross-functional teams across global sites and customers.
