This senior role leads architecture, validation, and lifecycle support for low‑voltage switchgear and power distribution products, aligning with customers and global teams to ensure safety, reliability, and manufacturability.

You will guide design governance, leverage CFD and thermal analyses, and drive scalable engineering standards across programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years of mechanical engineering experience in LV switchgear or power distribution products.
• Proven senior technical leadership across multiple programs and product launches.
• Advanced CAD proficiency with Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, and design release discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern the mechanical architecture strategy for LV switchgear.
• Translate requirements into scalable specifications and roadmaps.
• Lead system-level architecture decisions for enclosures, buses, heat paths, and safety features.
• Guide design transfer, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp.
• Define and oversee validation strategies including thermal, environmental, and seismic testing.
