Responsibilities

• Provide guidance with data from site surveys, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for project development and construction.
• Apply high-level mechanical engineering techniques to identify improvements across concept, design, procurement, and operation phases.
• Research and inspect site conditions to ensure conformance with rules, codes, standards, and permits.
• Develop construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and updates to infrastructure layout plans in coordination with owners and clients.
• Manage mechanical design and construction of building projects from inception to completion, including rehabilitation and new builds.
• Incorporate advanced technologies and modeling to ensure proper installation and operation of equipment and systems.
• Understand heating, hydronics, steam, HVAC, refrigeration, and high-pressure systems; verify related temperature control and plumbing aspects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to track budgets, hours, expenses, milestones, and regulatory documents.
