This role focuses on Food & Beverage, Federal and Industrial facility design, delivering high-performing projects while advancing responsible, future-ready engineering.

You will lead complex mechanical design efforts, supervise staff and subcontractors, review permits and construction plans, and mentor team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and utility piping design.
• Professional engineer license required (multi-state preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and analysis from sites for design and construction.
• Apply high-level mechanical engineering techniques to complex projects.
• Develop construction plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Oversee mechanical design and construction of building projects.
• Mentor staff and collaborate across disciplines.
