Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of post-education experience in refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and utility piping design.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• Proficient with mechanical engineering principles and design processes.
• Experience with building and infrastructure planning, design, and construction management.
• Ability to plan inspections and investigations of facilities and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance with data from site surveys, blueprints, schematics, and reports for project development, design, and construction.
• Apply high-level mechanical engineering techniques for concept, design, procurement, and operation phases.
• Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; update infrastructure layouts.
• Lead mechanical design and construction management across rehabilitation, new builds, and operating specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulators to ensure compliance and timely project delivery.
