Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 7–10 years of post-education experience in refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and piping design.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• Proficient with mechanical engineering principles, design/build, and related codes.
• Extensive knowledge of building and infrastructure design.
• Experience in rehabilitation, new design, and construction management.
• Ability to plan inspections and apply regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis from sites, surveys, and drawings for project development.
• Apply high-level mechanical engineering techniques across project phases.
• Develop construction and installation plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Manage mechanical design and construction of building projects end-to-end.
• Incorporate advanced technologies and design standards for future-ready solutions.
• Coordinate with owners, disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
• Communicate findings through technical reports and presentations.
