Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with ANSI/ASME Y14.5 GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Experience with CREO (Pro/E) or similar 3D modeling software.

Aufgaben

• Technical ownership and task execution on mechanical subsystems for defense products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to analyze and document TDPs.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead small teams across multiple functions.
• Design, development, and documentation of components and assemblies per requirements.
• Support manufacturing processes, DFMA/DFProducibility improvements, and first article inspections.
• Perform root-cause investigations and participate in design reviews.
