RTX’s Aerospace division in Tucson, AZ is seeking Mechanical Engineers to design and support production of Air Launched Effectors. You'll work on multi-disciplined teams, interfacing with suppliers and internal engineers to meet stringent military requirements.

Onsite role with travel to suppliers and sites as needed. The position emphasizes design, development, and documentation, with a focus on quality data packages, FAI, and Raytheon processes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in STEM required by start date.
• Experience designing, developing, and producing mechanical hardware for military environments preferred.
• Experience creating and updating mechanical data packages.
• Experience with tolerance analysis.

Responsabilités

• Perform mechanical design, development, and documentation for components and sub-assemblies of missile systems.
• Support factory and suppliers with product development and obsolescence.
• Interface with multiple disciplines and suppliers to resolve design challenges.
• Contribute to design peer reviews and trade studies.
