Batchelor & Kimball is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large construction projects, coordinating with field PMs, general contractors, and owners. The role requires independence, strategic planning, and tight budget control across multiple concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years managing multimillion-dollar projects, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Procore. Travel to project sites will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and consult with field project managers, GCs, and owners to ensure project success.
• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and construction scheduling; leverage relationships to grow the business.
• Subcontractor management to meet timelines and budgets; negotiate contracts; manage cash flow.
