Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects across the Southeast and Midwest.

The role requires coordinating with field PMs, GCs and owners, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management, and driving project profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in multi-million-dollar projects, effective leadership, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years leading large construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with field PMs, GCs and owners.
• Experience with pre-construction planning, scheduling, and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead and consult with field project managers, GCs and owners.
• Manage the pre-construction, preplanning, and construction scheduling processes.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts and project budgets.
• Oversee project profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure health and safety standards across projects.
• Provide leadership to construction crews and resolve design conflicts.
