Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, a leading mechanical contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, multi-million-dollar mechanical construction projects across the Southeast and Midwest. You will lead pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination with GCs and owners to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Travel to project sites is required. You will mentor field teams, drive cost reporting, manage change orders, and ensure safety compliance while fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience in construction management or engineering.
• Minimum 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating with GC, owners, engineers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, GCs and owners to ensure project success.
• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, scheduling and cost control.
• Direct subcontractor management to meet timelines and budgets.
• Own change orders and cost reporting; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Negotiate subcontractor contracts and manage project finances.
