Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead large, multi-project efforts in a fast-paced construction environment.

The role requires coordinating with field PMs, GCs and owners, managing scheduling, budgets and procurement to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years’ related experience), 4+ years leading major projects, and practical knowledge of construction processes, with emphasis on design,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Construction Management, Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering or similar degree highly preferred.
Minimum of 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and consult with field project managers, general contractors and owners; nurture relationships for project success.
Manage pre-construction, preplanning and construction scheduling; leverage relationships to grow Batchelor & Kimball.
Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts; ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Oversee project finances, profitability and cash flow; review budgets and resource allocation.
Provide leadership to construction crews and coordinate with engineers and architects.
Lead submittal, RFIs and change order processes; implement cost reports and projections.
