Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large construction initiatives across the Southeast and Midwest.

The role involves traveling and working from the employee’s home state while coordinating with field PMs, GCs, and owners to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mechanical construction, superb leadership, and the ability to manage complex schedules and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex construction projects.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, general contractors and owners to nurture successful relationships for project success.
• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and construction scheduling; leverage GC relationships to grow the business.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets; own project direction and accountability.
