Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of related experience.
• Construction Management, Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or similar degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field PMs, GCs and owners to ensure project success.
• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and construction scheduling processes.
• Negotiate/subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
