Batchelor & Kimball is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large mechanical construction projects, including coordinating with field teams, GCs, and owners. You will oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, and subcontractor management, ensuring budgets and timelines are met while traveling to project sites as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a track record in complex multi-million-dollar projects, with a willingness to travel from home state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, GCs and owners to ensure project success.
• Manage pre-construction, preplanning and scheduling processes to align with budgets.
