Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large mechanical construction projects across the Southeast and Midwest. You will collaborate with field PMs, GCs, and owners to drive successful delivery from preconstruction through completion.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 4+ years of leading multi-million-dollar projects, and willingness to travel. Strong leadership and cost control are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Construction Management, Construction Science, or Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years leading large multi-million-dollar complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, GCs and owners to ensure project success.
• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and scheduling; leverage relationships with GCs to grow the business.
• Direct subcontractor management to meet timelines and budget.
• Own projects, lead change orders, cost reports and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
• Provide indirect leadership to construction crews and resolve design conflicts.
