Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Master Technician to perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of automotive systems in a fast-paced shop environment. You will ensure safety, accurate service orders, and adherence to VIP quality standards while engaging customers and explaining vehicle conditions.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, or procedures.
• Explain vehicle information clearly to customers and coworkers.
• Diagnose automotive problems and recommend solutions.
• Apply written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workplace safety as a core duty.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems per ASE standards.
• Initiate Service Work Orders and display them with the vehicle.
• Complete Service Work Orders, MPI, and 5-for-5 Customer Engagement.
• Manage parts through the Desk Team and return unused parts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the shop and equipment.
