Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems, ensuring quality work that meets VIP standards. This role emphasizes safety, proper documentation, and customer engagement in a fast-paced shop environment.

The Master Technician will perform ASE-listed services, obtain needed parts through the desk, lock and secure vehicles, and participate in ongoing training to uphold VIP quality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of related automotive service experience.
Two-year college/technical program preferred.
Driver's license required; ASE basics encouraged.

Responsibilities

Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1.
Provide automotive systems diagnosis, repair and maintenance per ASE A1–A8.
Initiate Service Work Order before service and display it with vehicle.
Complete MPI and support 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
Return unused parts to Desk Team after service completion.
Maintain clean, organized work area and proper handling of cores, tires and batteries.
