• Read, analyze and interpret technical instructions and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information to customers clearly.
• Diagnose and recommend automotive service solutions.
• Interpret written or diagram instructions and apply them.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair and maintenance services for automotive systems.
• Initiate and display Service Work Orders and MPI before service.
• Maintain safe work practices and housekeeping in the shop.
• Attend training and certification requirements.
