Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation, Colorado, seeks a Sr Program Manager to oversee the integration and management of multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development, ensuring successful customer relationships, cost control, scheduling, and technical execution.

You will lead a portfolio of Program and/or Project Managers, ensuring overall program performance and high-visibility deliverables, while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Senior Program Manager with experience leading complex development programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across multiple IPTs.
• Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage total Program Integration for multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development with high visibility and above-average deliverable requirements.
• Lead a portfolio of other Program and/or Project Managers, focusing on customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report on project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Supervise program and project staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Participate in business resource planning and tracking in coordination with other corporate entities.
• Formulate and lead a team to fulfill program requirements.
• Identify, track, and resolve program issues and problems.
• Manage program risks by identifying, mitigating, tracking, and managing them.
• Conduct routine meetings and interface on project/program status.
• Develop proposals, conduct research and fact-finding, coordinate audits, and negotiate with project/program stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.
• Support the Program Director and Business Operations in fulfilling their responsibilities for the Business Area.
• Lead Master Planning, Technical Roadmap & Systems Integration, Scenario Analysis & Trade Studies, and Interface/Deliverable management.
