Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Program Manager II to oversee the integration and management of multiple complex projects and major systems within the Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) area. You will manage large budgets, foster customer relationships, and drive cost, schedule, and technical execution across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, PM, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience in Aerospace/Defense.
• 3+ years leading medium-scale projects (1–2 year scope) with 5+ cross-functional staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total Program Integration Management for multiple complex projects and major systems.
• Track and report project status, technical execution, and program performance.
• Supervise program staff to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead proposal tasks from initial customer interaction through contract award.
• Coordinate with business operations and stakeholders to meet cost, schedule and scope.
• Manage program risks by identifying, mitigating, tracking and resolving them.
• Conduct routine meetings and interface on program status.
• Support Program Director and MST in responsibilities for the business area.
