Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive new business with Walmart, Inc. You will manage strategic relationships, align digital capabilities, and lead revenue growth while coordinating with delivery teams.

Hybrid onsite 2–3 days/week at Walmart offices in Bentonville. Requires 3+ years of enterprise sales, IT services experience, and strong executive relationship skills to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of selling technical products.
• Experience in IT services and staffing sales.
• Experience with large enterprise clients similar to Walmart.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business through direct client engagement and strategic territory planning.
• Serve as primary contact, building trust-based relationships with enterprise leaders.
• Align Randstad Digital capabilities to transform client operations and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead commercial execution and new agreements to surpass revenue and margin targets.
• Coordinate with project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
