Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area with 5 years' experience.
• Or 7 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni-channel merchandising, or related area.
• 3 years' experience in a leadership role in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Analyze costs, forecasts, and market trends to inform revenue forecasting and business planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product development and enhance customer success management.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee operational processes, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop talent and support succession planning.
• Drive negotiation strategies to secure favorable agreements and long-term relationships.
