Job summary

AWS ProServe seeks a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high-visibility role defines scalable offerings by translating Amazon's commerce and advertising capabilities for enterprise customers globally.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong domain know-how, and the ability to shape pursuits across geographies, industries, and business units.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure, connecting advertising and marketing technology to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains, aligning the right experts.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear.
