United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Sr Strategic Operations Associate for the Earner Marketplace & Matching team in the US & Canada Mobility business. You will tackle pricing, incentives, matching, and other levers to balance reliability and driver experience, while supporting long-term supply.

You will work with product, engineering, data science, and operations to launch and optimize pricing and matching capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Driver Pricing & Matching: shape how pricing and matching evolve, support launches, improve marketplace efficiency and reliability.
• Marketplace performance: understand health metrics, identify trends, lead investigations, translate findings into recommendations.
• Data-driven decision making: use data to test hypotheses, evaluate experiments, and anticipate effects across the marketplace.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to bring capabilities to life.
