Job summary

Propel is hiring a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered. You’ll manage campaigns from inventory booking to budget delivery and collaborate with Success, BD, Growth, Merchandising, Product, Engineering and Marketing in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, such as program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations.
• Actively uses AI tools in daily work and is comfortable with vibe coding fixes.
• Record of owning projects end-to-end with little supervision and proposing fixes.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from booking to delivery and seasonal builds.
• Build campaigns in CMS and Braze, including pages and A/B tests.
• QA copy, links, tags and budgets; coordinate timelines across teams.
• Monitor pacing, flag risks early and collaborate with CSMs and BD.
• Run post-campaign reviews and document learnings; iterate tooling.
