Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Manager of Marketing Science to lead analytics that inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive growth. You’ll work with MMM, MTA, and measurement ecosystems across paid, owned, and earned media.

Collaborating with data teams and vendors, you will build dashboards, translate insights for senior leadership, and mentor analytics talent in a hybrid role based in Bannockburn, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in any area of social science, business, marketing, advertising, or a closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling in the areas of business performance analysis, forecasting, promotion and media effectiveness and optimization, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing science initiatives in the development and execution of advanced analytics to support marketing strategies and goals.
• Develop and manage marketing attribution solutions (MMM/MTA) and dashboards for real-time decision making.
• Deliver marketing performance reports and translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data, Digital, and Technology teams to ensure data accuracy, integration, and governance.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to design and deploy analytics solutions and dashboards.
