Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in any area of social science, business, marketing, advertising, or a closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling in business performance, forecasting, promotion and media effectiveness and optimization, and consumer behavior.
• Experience with end-to-end data analytics from ideation to deployment and scaling of analytics solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; able to convey insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing science initiatives to develop and execute advanced analytics for marketing strategies and goals.
• Provide thought leadership on marketing measurement techniques and trade-offs between experimental designs and multivariate models.
• Partner with media agency to maximize MMM output and optimize attribution.
• Identify and maintain KPIs, develop analytical models and dashboards with data scientists, IT, and consultants.
• Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
