Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to drive growth by optimizing direct online and telephonic prospect experiences. You will own end-to-end initiatives, partnering with Product, UX/Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to improve conversion and lifecycle automation.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, experimentation across channels, and building scalable AI-assisted workflows to deliver on Devoted's brand promise to prospects and members.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing operations and growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end programs with measurable impact.
• Strong collaboration with Product, UX/Design, Engineering and Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize direct online and telephonic prospect experiences.
• Partner with Product, UX/Design and Engineering to improve browse, compare and shopping flows.
• Drive AI-workflow design to enhance conversion and deliver the brand promise.
• Build and scale AI agents to extract insights from prospect/member conversations.
• Experiment with new channels and offers to broaden the prospect funnel.
