Redirect Health in Phoenix is seeking a driven Growth Marketing Leader to own a multi-channel growth strategy that drives member acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll lead acquisition across Meta, Google, SEO, email, content, and partnerships, and architect an AI-enabled marketing stack to scale performance.

You will build a high-impact team, ship scalable systems, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Operations to turn data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes for families

Qualifications

• 7+ years of growth marketing leadership experience.
• Experience owning multi-channel growth strategies.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, and marketing tech.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to build and mentor a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across channels.
• Own acquisition initiatives across Meta, Google, SEO, social, email, content.
• Evaluate emerging channels like OTT/CTV, influencer partnerships, AI personalization.
• Improve CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics.
• Build scalable marketing systems and dashboards.
• Align brand, growth, content, and customer experience.
