The VP will forecast, allocate capital, develop channel leaders, incubate growth opportunities, and drive an AI-enabled operating model in collaboration with Marketplace Ops and Distributor teams. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition.
• Direct ownership of substantial budgets and multi-channel portfolios.
• Strong understanding of revenue, ROAS, CAC/CPA, LTV and volume.
