Job summary

Garner Health in New York City is hiring a Growth Marketing Operations Manager to build foundational systems supporting a growing client book across email, SMS, direct mail, print, and swag. This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing.

You will lead automated workflows, QA, asset management, data consent flow, and UTM tracking to optimize ROI. Collaboration with Engineering, Data, RevOps; AI innovations will be central to the role.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in Marketing Operations or related roles.
• Deep familiarity with email/SMS campaign builds and automation platforms (Iterable).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Experience designing marketing collateral (Figma, Slides).

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign operations and tracking across email, SMS, direct mail, print, and swag channels.
• Build automated workflows and QA processes for campaigns.
• Manage vendor relationships for direct mail and swag.
• Maintain and scale the asset library (emails, decks, docs).
• Track client consent and data flow in backend systems.
• Own UTM tracking and data attribution to analyze performance.
• Oversee marketing programs budget and ROI targets.
• Evolve Marketing Tech stack with Engineering, Data, RevOps.
• Document new processes and cross-functional handoffs.
• Automate workflows and AI tools for engagement marketing.
