• 10+ years for Sr. Solution Architect with 3+ years in PACE Industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor for PACE clients, leveraging Marketing Cloud, Agentforce CC, and Data360 to drive value.
• Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies to increase business value.
• Lead delivery in enterprise programs and manage risks to ensure success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly across levels.
• Identify and resolve issues, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Review project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track and scalable.
• Articulate program strategies to enable Salesforce technologies and ROI.
