Qualifications

• Advanced SQL proficiency and the ability to query multi-source data.
• Proficient data visualization using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with GitHub or similar version control platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive audience strategy for growth marketing.
• Identify and evaluate new audience acquisition opportunities across paid and owned channels.
• Establish testing frameworks to assess channel performance and optimize conversions.
• Source and compile data from multiple repositories, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Write complex SQL queries to manipulate large datasets and manage ETL processes.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL flows.
• Visualize data to tell a compelling story and share insights with stakeholders.
• Present insights to peers and departmental partners.
• Stay updated on analytics best practices and industry trends.
