Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Senior Manager, AI & Transformation to lead design, deployment, and adoption of AI-driven systems across Global Marketing Operations. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and supervisors 1+ reports, with strategy ownership and hands-on model deployment.

Location is hybrid in Austin, TX with remote flexibility for USA residents. Ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in MOps, experience in predictive modeling, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or applied data science, with at least 2 years leading predictive modeling or AI/automation initiatives.
• Prior people management experience, or demonstrated readiness to manage a small team.
• Hands‑on fluency with Salesforce.com and a marketing automation platform; working knowledge of SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & Transformation work-stream within Marketing Operations and ship production models and automations.
• Set strategy and standards for accelerating MOps AI and automation adoption; governance and enablement programs.
• Champion change management, enablement, and adoption of new automated workflows and agentic capabilities.
