Job summary

Follett Corporation is hiring a Campus Store Leader to support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager, driving sales growth and delivering brand and operational excellence across campus stores. You will mentor teammates and monitor store performance while maintaining strong customer service and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include executing store plans, promotions, cash handling, inventory control, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Execute sales promotions and events to drive sales.
• Review store financials with leadership and recalibrate goals.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control aligned with procedures.
• Keep store areas neat, clean, and organized.
• Support campus relationships and events.
• Train and coach team members on standards.
• Greet customers, answer phones, resolve escalated issues.
